FUSO Canter 60th Anniversary Contest Rules and Regulations

1. The contest (''the Contest") is open for all MITSUBISHI FUSO trucks registered with JPJ between 1^st January 2023 to 31^st December 2023, after which, all entries will be tallied, verified and drawn at the discretion Hap Seng Trucks Distribution Sdn Bhd (HSTD).

2. There will be 3 Draws total in 3 separate rounds for the FUSO Canter 60th Anniversary Contest.

3. The first draw will be held in May 2023 for trucks registered between 1st January 2023 to 30th April 2023. The second draw will be held in September 2023 for trucks registered between 1st January 2023 to 31st August 2023. The third draw will be held in January 2024 for trucks registered between 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023.

4. Participating contestants ("the Contestants") are allowed to submit as many entries equivalent to the number of MITSUBISHI FUSO trucks purchased and registered with JPJ during the contest period. Each truck purchased and registered equals to 1 entry.

5. To qualify for the Draw, the Contestants must answer the three (3) questions in the entry form correctly. A "Qualified Contestant" is one who has sent a complete and accurate entry form with JPJ vehicle registration card with all the three (3) correct answers. Incomplete entries will NOT be entertained.

6. The closing dates for the submission of entry forms for first draw is by 7^th May 2023, the second draw closing date by 7^th September 2023, and the third draw closing date by 7^th January 2024.

7. Subject to the rules above, an entry form received after the Draws Closing Dates (i.e after 7^th May 2023) will only be placed for the following draw. An entry form for the third draw received after the Third Draw's Closing Date (i.e after 7^th January 2024) will be automatically rejected.

8. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize per Draw. In the event a participant is selected more than one time, HSTD shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner. Throughout the contest period, a participant can win more than 1 FUSO Parts Voucher, but is only limited to winning 1 Mercedes-Benz car.

9. HSTD reserves the right to amend the promotion period and promotion mechanics at any time without prior notice. All contest entries received after the contest period closing date will be automatically disqualified.

10. The winning prizes of Mercedes-Benz C-Class C200 cars do not include the incidental expenses (eg. insurance and road tax). The winner will need to pay for all other incidental expenses to register the Mercedes-Benz car on the road.

11. The winning prizes of Mercedes-Benz C-Class C200 cars are transferable to other names with the written consent of the winner. However, all prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other items or packages.

12. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class C200 car will need to be registered within 6 months after each Draw.

13. The FUSO parts vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of the Draw.

14. HSTD has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by HSTD does not entitle the Contestants to any claim or compensation against HSTD for any and all losses or damages suffered orincurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

15. The Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest.

16. HSTD reserves the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions and/or replace the prizes from time to time without prior notice.

17. The contestants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions that personal information and photos taken in the Contest will be used by HSTD for the purposes of communication, marketing and promotion of HSTD products and services.

18. By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the Contestants accept the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions fully and unconditionally.

19. The decisions of HSTD and the judges in relation to every aspect of the Contest shall be deemed final, conclusive and binding under any circumstance and no appeal from any Contestant will be entertained.

21. HSTD including its respective employees, staffs, dealers and agents (''the Organizer'') and their immediate respective families are not eligible to participate in the contest. Service trucks registered by dealers are not eligible to participate in the FUSO Canter 60th Anniversary Contest.
