Promotion Terms and Conditions

This Campaign is as specified in the Campaign Details above and is available to all customers during the Promotion Period and subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”): -

1. The Campaign is in collaboration and only applicable with the Campaign Partners as follows: -
   1. Public Bank;
   2. Affin Bank; and
   3. Hap Seng Credit.
2. The financing amount (“Loan”) offered by Public Bank and Affin Bank range between RM50,000 to RM130,000 while the Loan offered by Hap Seng Credit is limited up to RM100,000.00 only.
3. The interest rate (“the Interest Rate”) are as per the table below: -
4. All personal data provided by customer is subject to Organizer’s Privacy Policy which accessible at https://trucksdistribution.com.my/. Amongst others, the customer agrees to provide consent for the Organizer to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal data for purposes which are necessary for this Campaign.
5. The Organizer has the absolute right to amend, extend, cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer shall not entitle the purchaser to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
6. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
7. The Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
